ANCESTRAL NECTARS

CULTIVATING JEWISH JOY, BELONGING, AND CONTINUITY
IN TIMES OF TROUBLE

NEED TO SHUT OUT THE NOISE & LET YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM UNWIND?

Our ancestors know how to prioritze

entering sacred space

To balance out burdens of blame and misunderstanding placed upon Jewish people at this time, we make space to be with earth and water — belly to the ground, listening, weeping, dancing, and praying.

We honor our grief, our tears,
as a portal into Source.

A ritual remembering
THE BLISS OF MAYIM CHAYIM

JEWS HAVE A RIGHT TO RELAX

In times of grief and rupture, our instinct is often to contract.

To brace.
To disconnect from the body.
To forget the deeper currents that hold us.

But there is another way:

We can go to the Well for renewal and healing,
as our ancestors have always done
.

ANCESTRAL NECTARS RITUAL

This is an invitation into connection with Source Waters,
so we can embody thriving futures.

To meet the challenges facing us, we need space to recharge.
To reach towards pleasure and ecstatic communion.
To transform our tears into the nectars of joy, confidence, and trust

through the wisdom of our ancestral lineages.

SLIP INTO SENSATION

These are gently guided rituals — part conversation, part ceremony,

Together we enter sacred time to attune to your body, your breath, and the voices of your lineages.

By faithfully following sensation, sound and movement, we establish and deepen contact with the wisdom of our ancestors, while tending any places of fragmentation or grief.

The work is spacious and embodied, often culminating in a sense of ecstatic release, and quiet reconnection with bliss and contentment.

PRAYERS AS WIDE AS THE EARTH

By deepening and widening our prayers to include mourning and lamentation traditions, we are invited us to reinhabit a living Jewish tradition, that celebrates

our bodies and our sacred waters as portals to Source, to Creator, to the One.

Appropriate for those who want to explore animist spirituality as a way to rediscover and enliven our Jewishness.

WORK WITH ME

Let’s face it.  It isn’t our fault.

These ritual immersions help Jewish people, who have seen more than our fair share of distortion and libel, return to our  BIRTHRIGHT OF INNOCENCE—to our ancestors, to our bodies, and to the living Source that has carried Jewish people across generations.

Rooted in Ancestral Healing and infused with direct contact with our senses, this body-positive experience weaves together:

ancestral connection
somatic ritual
grief and beauty
pleasure as sacred medicine

Together, we will enter the waters.

We will listen for the voices that remember us.
We will honor the grief that has been carried.
We will soften into the sweetness that still exists—here, now, in our bodies.

This 3-hour, one-on-one ritual immersion is an invitation to return — TESHUVA — to our ancestors, to our bodies, and to the living Source that has carried
Jewish people across generations.

MY NAME IS Nala Walla, bat Ruchama Yetta. I help reclaim our birthright of belonging to Earth, and to our lineages, in a way that feels juicy, alive, ecstatic.

As an avid homesteader, I have been embodying land-based somatics and ritual arts for decades.

I am now devoting my time, energy, and skills to what I call “FUTUROSEMITISM” — creating beautiful, thriving futures for Jewish people, including all our semitic kin and allies.

OUR ANCESTORS ARE SPEAKING UP

Because even in a time of rising hatred, disorientation, and fear, our capacity for belonging has not been taken.
Our connection to Source has not been broken.
Our ability to feel pleasure is still intact—and it matters.

This is not indulgence.

It is survival.
It is resistance.
It is devotion.

Through guided ritual, embodied practice, and deep listening, you will be supported to:

• Reconnect with ancestral lineages beyond trauma
• Restore a felt sense of belonging in your body
• Reclaim pleasure as a pathway to Source
• Transform grief into living connection
• Reorient toward the future you are here to help create

We do not bypass what is hard.

We bring it to the waters.
And from those waters, we drink.

This could be FOR YOU you if…

  • You have a deep and profound love for the land & for mother Earth.
  • You relate to an animist ethic: everything is ALIVE, everything is a manifestation of Hashem.
  • You are seeking ways to feel more palpably connected to your ancestors.
  • Your life profoundly changed after October 7th, 2023.  Some have expressed it this way: “I’m an October 8th Jew.”
  • You appreciate a direct, no-nonsense style (I come from New York, after all!) You won’t be offended by being called back if things begin to go astray.
  • You are open to re-inhabiting Jewish practice in a lush and somatic way, that includes honoring the feminine aspects of the Divine, Shechina, and exploring Indigenous Hebrew ways.
  • You find inspiration in a variety of cultures and traditions, ie. Daoist, Hindu, Buddhist, Kabbalist, Native American, etc.
  • You consider yourself politically homeless or adrift.
  • Since October 7th, you are feeling pulled closer into Jewish practice and Jewish peoplehood — possibly for the first time.
  • You are a JudeoFuturist, and want to contribute by embodying a healthy and thriving world for Jews.
  • You are not Jewish, but you are a Jew Lover, and want to support Jewish people.  This offering is open also to all allies!

This is NOT for you if…

  • You are a committed materialist who believes that that the Earth is a machine, and the creatures of the world around us have no sentience, no voice.
  • You believe that connection with ancestors is impossible, sacreligious, idolatrous, and you are unwilling to soften your position on this.
  • You are unwilling to relate to our bodies, the elements (water, fire) or ancestors as portals to Hashem
  • You’re not willing to review beliefs you took on, so you can let them shift.  (I’m not talking about reliving trauma, we don’t do that. We aim to allowing somatic movement at the level of sensation to release the root cause of a pattern or issue.)
  • You aren’t willing to move out of a psychological space.  This is a RITUAL and PRAYER practice, not psychoanalysis. I will gently guide us back on track, if we start to veer into overly analytical terrain.
  • You believe Jews are colonizers–not Indigenous people–and are unwilling to consider and relate to wisdom from other Indigenous traditions (Daoist, Native American, etc.)
  • You’re not willing to explore and increase your literacy and agility around grieving and mourning.
  • You’re a determined atheist and/or will not consider prayer, a higher power, Creator, etc.

BWell Ritual Work attracts the most extraordinary people:

We are healers & changemakers, seekers & wailers of the most impressive kind.  We are people who are willing to FEEL oh so deeply, even to the very edges of our sanity.

We are people who understand that we do this work because we are called to higher ground.  We are called, no matter how dark the world gets, to allow G-d’s light to shine through us.

We are called do the important work of healing not for “self-improvement” or “be all you can be” but as duty to our ancestors, to our descendants, and to our more-than-human kin.

We are people willing to venture into deep waters, knowing this is a requirement for learning to swim.

We are people ready to get real about what we are facing in these mythic times–nothing less than the transformation of humanity.

I have huge respect and gratitude for each and every person that I work with.
